No Refunds

Advance tickets may be refunded up to 24 hours prior to your reservation for individuals and up to 72 hours prior to your reservation for Group Sales. After that, tickets are non-refundable unless we close for inclement weather or river conditions and you cannot begin your trip. In that case you will be offered a refund or the opportunity to book for another date. On-site tickets are not refundable once you have boarded the van or shuttle. There are no refunds if your trip is cut short due to unexpected weather or river conditions. There are no refunds if your trip is terminated for violation of any of our policies.

Personal Flotation Device (PFD)

All participants must wear a PFD at all times while on or in the river. A PFD is included with every rental. Failure to wear a PFD at all times will result in your trip being terminated. No refund will be given.

Rental Length

The trip by tube usually can take anywhere from 90 minutes to 3+ hours depending on river conditions (the default reservation is for 4 hours, but your reservation is for one trip regardless of duration). Depending on river conditions, you may complete the trip in less time, sometimes as little as 90 minutes, or more time (up to 4 hours). If you choose to linger on the river, your trip may take longer.

Kayak and canoe rentals on the river are similarly for 4 hours. However, it will typically take only about 2 hours to complete the 5-7 mile run if paddling consistently. The default reservation is for 4 hours, but your trip may be shorter.

All tubes and kayaks must be off the river by 3PM on weekdays and 6PM on weekends.
